1. Research Use Only
All products are sold for laboratory research and development use only and are not for human or animal consumption. Your purchase is also governed by our Research Use Only Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 21 and a qualified researcher (or purchasing for a qualified institution) to create an account and purchase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. We may verify orders, including IP verification, for security and compliance.
3. Orders, pricing, and acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect intended misuse, unlawful use, or fraud.
4. Payment
Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider(s). You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Orders are not dispatched until payment is confirmed.
5. Shipping
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns are governed by our Returns Policy. Because these are sensitive research materials, returns are limited.
7. Prohibited uses
You may not purchase or use our products for human or animal consumption, resale for consumption, or any unlawful purpose. Violation voids all warranties and may be reported to relevant authorities.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
